Quality of merchandise and sturdiness of photo albumSo I want to start off by saying I’m a hard core judger lol in order to get 5 stars you have to earn it. This photo album was sturdy, gift worthy, and works great but my only complaint is that it is a fabric material. I thought it would have felt more quality like but it didn’t. I would order again for gifting purposes but not for myself.Unfortunately I didn’t really have time to exchange these so why cleared out the mold on the covers with vodka and water and was able to use them as the gift they were intended to be with photos inside. As soon as I open the package I could smell the mold very disappointedI bought the black set and gray setThe gray came with mold on them and the black i can’t see if anything’s wrong with them. These were a gift after i filled them with pictures of my kids. Needless to say back to square one on finding photo albumsWhy do the photo pages/sleeves open at the bottom of the book? The pictures fall out when you set the book up the correct direction. Yes, there are ways to prevent that, like not setting the book up right, but overall that is very counterintuitive.I am very pleased with my purchase. The 5x7 albums are just the right size for displaying your photos with sufficient pages for your most prized photos. The grey linen cover is nice and classy. I just recently returned from a Mexican Riviera cruise and had professional pictures taken. I can take my albums with me to show off my pictures in style and organized the way I want to present them. I would definitely recommend this product.These books would be great but when I opened them they had a really strong mildew smell and they appear to have water damage. :(
