I bought this product before and liked it enough that I thought I'd order it again. Based on this experience, I would strongly suggest putting the item in a box before shipping it. I had to return the first one I received due to it only being covered by cellophane and was damaged. I can only assume that it was damaged due to the shipping process. There was no box or envelope of any sort when it came to shipping the item. Just cellophane wrap.Just what I wanted, saved me running around to a lot of stores?I am VERY pleased with this album. A bit short so throws the symmetry off.Very good quality fabric cover, and all photo packets were sturdy and not torn. We bought two,I am still old fashion in collecting family and event pictures and putting them in physical albums. This way I can gift them to family or we can gather together around them and enjoy viewing them. This one is like many of the others that I had previously purchased at a Home Goods store. Unfortunately I haven't seen them in stores anymore so I was happy to find them sold on Amazon.I love having the description section on each page. Only irritation was some of the pages were wrinkled a bit. Disappointed in this, since it's a gift.
